Just received my pendant today. It came with a small screwdriver and tiny funnel with which to insert my husband ashes. It was fairly easy and I just love the fact that I actually placed them myself, knowing that my husbands ashes are in there is a comfort, and the pendant is lovely. Highly recommend

I am really impressed with the care this company showed and the respect when dealing with my dad's ashes. Everything was labelled up and his ashes were placed in a lovely pouch. I was kept updated on my order and I received the ring today. It's beautiful. The remainder of his ashes were returned, again labelled up and in a lovely pouch. Having something so special to mourn such a substantial loss is really quite humbling - there is something healing about having this. Our Penny was 17 years old when we lost her between Xmas and New Year and it has devastated us. We miss her immense amounts but she is now always with us and so close to my heart.

Paul's work is just stunning, the engraving and its delicacy is just the most beautiful touch and the addition of the safety chain, insurance its own right.

I received my ring today and it's so beautiful. The design is stunning and the crystals catch the light perfectly. From my initial order to delivery, the service has been brilliant and the care and respect shown to Fripp's ashes has been so apparent.

Fripp was my beloved cat; I adopted him when he was 10 weeks old and he passed away a month after he turned 18. He had a long and happy life and it was so hard to say goodbye. We have his ashes in a lovely urn at home but now I can carry him with me.

I am blown away by how stunning this piece of jewellery is. When I discovered it I knew it was exactly what I was looking for to hold a lock of my beautiful fur babies hair. It has brought me so much comfort at such a difficult time. The communication I have received has been 2nd to none. The craftsman ship is excellent. While there are many cheaper alternatives on the market this one’s quality shone through in the pictures and I promise you you will not be disappointed when it arrives. It’s packed to a very high standard with lots of information on how to fill and care for your item. Many additional options like engraving, safety chain and options with the chain length which yet again was important to me as this is the 3rd necklace that I now wear daily and it was important to me that they all staggered. I wanted to have a piece of jewellery made with my mums ashes and researched a couple of places. I was a little nervous about the whole thing as my mum was and still is very precious to me. I came across Footprints and Whispers in my research and have been utterly blown away with the whole process. The first site I came across was Footprints and whispers so I searched their site to see if they had anything suitable for men. I found a Titanium Ring with twin grooves that was exactly what I had in mind.

From ordering to delivery of my ring it was an easy process and I cannot thank Brenda enough from handling my initial enquiry through to keeping me informed at every step of the way as to the stage my ring was currently at.

I ordered this for my son to wear on his wedding day, so that he could have a memento of his grandparents close to his heart. The cross is a beautiful plain solid piece. I’m over the moon with my Tree of Life pendant. Our beloved cat passed away suddenly at the beginning of June and our vet recommended having some of his ashes in a piece of jewellery. We recently lost our beloved Penny, she was 13 year's old and 8 months. A hole was felt in mine and my families hearts.
