    To help you send your loved one's ashes, hair or fur to us, you will receive your personal order pack containing everything you need.

    In Our Care

    We will confirm the safe receipt of your order pack and provide an approximate timescale for your memorial to be created and delivered to you.

    Your Memorial 

    Presented in a jewellery box, your memorial will be accompanied by a handwritten certificate of authenticity, with any unused ashes, hair or fur respectfully returned within the linen pouch.
