Refund Policy

All pieces are handcrafted to order and often created using personal inclusions such as ashes, hair, or other materials supplied by the customer. Because each item is custom made and uniquely produced for the individual, all completed products are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Order Cancellation Before Production
After an order is placed, an inclusions pack is sent to the customer. If you decide not to proceed—for example, you choose not to send your inclusions—you may cancel the order and receive a full refund, provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation, you must contact us before your inclusions are received and before any work has started.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personal and bespoke nature of memorial jewellery, once production has started or inclusions have been received, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund can be issued.

Defects or Errors
If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, please contact us promptly with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.
