If it is darker, such as black or dark brown, this will not be as visible against darker colours.

How many characters can I have on the engraving?
Items that can be engraved, such as our bangles or memorial rings, have a section whereby you can choose the text of the engraving. Some items are hand engraved so the number of letters (including spaces) may be limited.
E.g. ‘My Love Forever xx’ will be 18 characters including spaces.
Some pieces are laser engraved, in which case more letters and spaces can be used. But please bear in mind that the more characters you want, the smaller the font will be. In some cases, it may become difficult to read. If in doubt ask our team and we will advise.
Can I wear my remembrance jewellery all of the time?
This will depend on the type of jewellery you choose and the material used.
Our Titanium rings are so robust that you can wear them without fear of damage or deterioration. They are also hypoallergenic, making them safe from any allergic skin reactions.
Our solid Sterling Silver 925 pieces are robust but will tarnish with time and exposure to the elements, perspiration and other chemicals.
Our solid 9 carat gold pieces are robust but will also naturally tarnish with time and exposure. Think about solid gold wedding bands and the general wear and tear seen on them over time.
Silver and gold pieces of lighter construction should be worn with some care and removed when you are engaged in more vigorous activities or subject to chemical exposure (eg: in swimming pools or the sea).
We have a range of memorial jewellery where the ashes, hair or fur or your loved one, or pet are encapsulated within Crystallure. These should always be removed for vigorous activity and any interaction with chemicals such as when swimming, washing up, gardening etc. Many perfumes, shower gels and body lotions can also have a reaction to these pieces.
Can you deliver to countries outside the UK?
We currently only deliver our memorial jewellery and memorial keepsakes to mainland UK,
Can I have something bespoke made?
If you have something particular in mind, please do contact us and we can arrange a convenient time to call and discuss your requirements.
Would it be possible to have my memorial jewellery or keepsake made in colour that’s not an option?

We are very sorry but we do not have a shop or studio that you can come to visit. We are a small team who are passionate and dedicated to providing an empathetic and personal service to all of our customers. If you have seen a piece of memorial jewellery on our website that you would be interested in seeing, please contact us as depending on the item we may be able to arrange a video call with you.
Can my own jewellery be altered to encapsulate ashes, hair or fur?
To ensure that your memorial jewellery is made to the highest quality, we are unable to encapsulate ashes, hair or fur into your own jewellery. We understand that this will be disappointing to hear, however during the process of making alterations to jewellery, there is a risk of causing damages. Making a piece of memorial jewellery is an art that requires not only the highest skill, respect and care from our jewellers and artisans, but also to ensure that the highest quality of materials are used.
Can my memorial jewellery be made from my existing jewellery?
We are very sorry but our jewellers and artisans are unable to use the gold or other metals from your existing jewellery. Their utmost care and skills are used to create a seamlessly designed and finished memorial item using their own sourced materials. Unfortunately this can not be guaranteed when using materials where the age and quality are unknown.
