We understand that choosing to have memorial jewellery or a keepsake created often means placing a great deal of trust in the company and the person creating it for you, particularly when you are sending something as precious and irreplaceable as your loved one’s ashes, hair or fur.

If you have any questions about our memorial jewellery or keepsakes, would like some guidance before placing an order, or would simply like to understand more about how your memorial will be created, please feel free to get in touch.

We are here to answer your questions, explain anything you may be unsure about and gently guide you through each step of creating your memorial with us.
