This year we sadly found ourselves needing jewellery for a very special persons ashes. We ordered from footprints and whispers- lead time was 3–4 weeks.

We were hoping to have the pendants in time for our loved one’s birthday, which was only two weeks away. I called and explained our situation, and Amy could not have been more understanding or supportive. She made sure the pieces — including the engraving — were ready in time, which meant so much to us during such a difficult time.

When my daughter’s necklace was later accidentally broken by the funeral directors, Amy once again stepped in with genuine kindness and arranged a replacement straight away. Her compassion made an emotional situation feel a little lighter.

We are truly pleased with the service and the beautiful jewellery we received. They even gifted us an additional pendant due to the nature of our loss, a gesture that touched us more than they probably realise. It’s rare to come across service that feels this personal and heartfelt, and we are incredibly grateful.

I ordered the charm along with my pendant necklace. I have a pandora bracelet and the charm fits perfectly but you could also wear it around your neck on a chain. It's beautifully made
It contains both my Mam and Dads ashes and I wear it every day and it gives me great comfort to have them with me. As with the pendant, the ordering process was easy and Amy kept me updated at all times and the process was treated in a respectful and compassionate manner and then beautifully made and crafted by Helen.

I was very anxious about sending Bella's ashes in the post but Amy and her team were so reassuring and understanding. The whole process of ordering this was excellent.
The correspondence you receive is all so thoughtfully worded. I ordered the bead in Iris colour & it is lovely. It's fairly weighty so doesn't twist around & that also makes the catch stay around the back of your neck. I can also take the bead off the chain & slide it on another so I can wear it with silver or gold.
