Memorial Heart Shaped Glass Sun-Catcher

Description

This beautiful hand-made heart glass sun-catcher measures approximately 80mm wide and 75mm long.  Ashes are fused into a heart in the centre of the sub-catcher and glass ‘Jewels’ created in vibrant colour radiate out from it, which then catch the light.  Available in a choice of colours and a rainbow mixture.

Complete with a satin ribbon which can have a personalised message printed on it.
