About Delivery And Handling Of Ashes, Hair, Soil or Fur
Delivery Options for items including Hair, Ashes or Soil
For any order which requires your loved-one’s remains as an ingredient: Upon receipt of your order, we will immediately send you a pouch in which to place those remains, and a return-addressed envelope in which to send them to us.
We need the equivalent of one dessertspoon full of ashes or soil, or a small lock of hair roughly enough to wrap around your small finger. This will be sufficient for several pieces of jewellery, and we will inform you if we require more for lager orders. We will treat these ingredients with the utmost care and respect. Whilst they are in our care they will be clearly labelled and stored in a locked safe.
Any unused ingredients will be returned to you with the finished Jewellery.
For the delivery of your finished items: Every order we send will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and these will need to be signed for upon delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery is safe and secure, tracked and guaranteed. You may select one of several delivery options at the order checkout:
Option 1: Standard Delivery
We send all our items by Royal Mail Special Delivery as standard, and this will be free for orders over £100. Deliveries will be Monday to Friday.
Free (£ 6.50 for orders under £100)
Option 2: Saturday Delivery
We send your order by Royal Mail Special Saturday Delivery.
£ 5.00 (£ 11.50 for orders under £100)
Option 3: Deliver & Collect Yourself
You may, by appointment, deliver the Hair, Ashes or Soil to our Studio Office and collect the finished order in person.
