To ensure your memorial ring fits you perfectly, you will see no option to select the size of ring you require when placing your order with us.

Within your return pack you will receive a ring sizer and size confirmation form for each ring you have purchased. We kindly ask once you have used the ring sizer, please record the size of ring you require on the size confirmation form.

Our titanium memorial rings are initially crafted in two halves. The inner ring, made in your chosen width, features a channel around the centre where the ashes, hair, or fur of a loved one or cherished pet are carefully placed, sealed, and hidden from view.

The second half of the ring is then pressed tightly over the inner ring, creating a hidden memorial design that is inseparable, airtight, and waterproof.

The final touches are then made, resulting in a truly unique and meaningful memorial ring created in memory of a loved one or pet.

When choosing to have this memorial ring created with us, we will prepare a handmade & personalised order pack just for you. Inside, you will receive a ring sizer and size confirmation form accompanied by clearly labelled and secure packaging with simple step-by-step instructions for returning your loved ones, or pets ashes, hair or fur to us. To give you some reassurance and for peace of mind, we will confirm the safe arrival of the precious inclusions within your pack.

We understand that when deciding to have a memorial ring made is a deeply personal and emotional journey. We would like to reassure you that your loved ones, or pets ashes, hair or fur will always be handled by us with the greatest care and respect. All the ashes, hair or fur that are not encapsulated within your memorial will be returned to you when we send your memorial ring, accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

We understand that choosing to have a memorial created is a deeply personal and emotional purchase. We would therefore like to reassure you that your loved one’s ashes, hair, or fur will always be handled with the greatest care and respect. Any inclusions not held within your memorial will be returned to you with your jewellery.

When placing your order with us, please select the type of inclusion you wish to be held within your memorial jewellery. Within your order pack, you will receive the required number of secure, labelled pouches to safely send your loved one’s ashes, hair, or fur to us.

If you would like more than one loved one’s ashes, hair, or fur to be held within your memorial, please select ‘Other/Multiple’. Beneath this option, you can add a note advising us how many separate labelled pouches you require so that each inclusion can be kept separate. If you would like sand or dried flowers to be included within your memorial, please also add a note under ‘Other/Multiple’.

Your titanium memorial ring is a precious keepsake, designed to keep your memories safe and beautiful for a lifetime. Titanium is known for being incredibly durable and resistant to everyday wear, meaning there is no need to remove your ring when washing your hands, showering, or swimming.

Titanium requires no special aftercare and can be cleaned with soap and water. If water marks appear, simply wipe gently with a dry cloth.

Contact with other metals may cause scratches, so we recommend removing your ring before activities involving metal, such as using gym equipment. If scratches develop over time, please contact us about our repolishing service.

When choosing an engraving for your memorial, you will receive a printed copy of your order details and an order confirmation form within your order pack. We kindly ask that before you sign and return this to us, please check your engraving details. For example, spelling, upper and lower case, punctuation, special characters etc. If any amendments are required, please contact us in writing with your changes prior to returning your pack to us.

Once we receive your pack, we will confirm the safe receipt to you as soon as we can (within three working days). From this point, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any further request changes will be possible as your memorial maybe in progress. However, we will enquire with our jeweller, to see if this is achievable for you. We will faithfully replicate the engraving which was provided to us and cannot be responsible for any errors.

When having a memorial ring engraved, please consider the number of characters in comparison to your chosen ring width and ring size. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can offer you our guidance of the best option.
