Our shimmering memorial jewellery collection is beautifully handcrafted by Helen, our specialist memorial glass jeweller. Guided by her belief that memorial jewellery should be both meaningful and durable, and drawing on over 20 years of experience creating glass memorial pieces, Helen introduced this collection to offer designs not possible when working solely with crystal glass.

Each piece features a coloured inlay enriched with delicate flecks of shimmer that softly reflect the light. The material is created using a specialist process inspired by crystal glass, combined with a refined element to enhance strength and resilience. Once carefully set and polished, the inlay forms a smooth, solid surface designed for everyday wear, while remaining suitable for holding ashes, hair or fur securely within the setting.

When choosing to have this memorial created by us, we will prepare a handmade & personalised order pack just for you. Inside, you will find clearly labelled and secure packaging with simple step-by-step instructions for returning your loved ones, or pets ashes, hair or fur to us. To give you some reassurance and for peace of mind, we will confirm the safe arrival of the precious inclusions within your pack.

We understand that when deciding to have a memorial made is a deeply personal and emotional journey. We would like to reassure you that your loved ones, or pets ashes, hair or fur will always be handled by us with the greatest care and respect. All the ashes, hair or fur that are not encapsulated within your memorial will be returned to you when we send your memorial, accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity.

When placing your order with us, please select the type of inclusion you wish to be held within your memorial. Within your order pack you will receive the required number of secure and labelled pouches to send your loved one's ashes, hair, or fur to us safely.

If you wish for more than one of your loved ones ashes, hair or fur to be held within your memorial, we kindly ask that you select Other/Multiple. Beneath this option you can add a note to us, advising how many separate labelled pouches you require to ensure the inclusions are all kept separately.

Alternatively, if you wish for sand or dried flowers to be held within your memorial, please add a note under Other/Multiple.

When choosing to have your memorial made with us, we thank you for placing your trust in us as we understand that this is a deeply personal purchase. Your loved one’s ashes, hair, or fur will always be handled by us with the greatest care and respect. Any inclusions that have not been used, will be returned to you with your finished memorial.

Your memorial jewellery is a treasured keepsake, holding memories that last forever. With a simple and gentle aftercare routine, your memorial will continue to be as beautiful as the love it represents.
Securely packaged, each piece of memorial jewellery you receive from us will be presented in its own elegant jewellery box, accompanied with a certificate of authenticity and care pouch. Held within the soft linen care pouch you will find our jewellery care guide and a complimentary polishing cloth, perfect for future use and safekeeping.

When choosing an engraving for your memorial, you will receive a printed copy of your order details and an order confirmation form within your order pack. We kindly ask that before you sign and return this to us, please check your engraving details. For example, spelling, upper and lower case, punctuation, special characters etc. If any amendments are required, please contact us in writing with your changes prior to returning your pack to us.

Once we receive your pack, we will confirm the safe receipt to you as soon as we can (within three working days). From this point, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any further request changes will be possible as your memorial maybe in progress. However, we will enquire with our jeweller, to see if this is achievable for you. We will faithfully replicate the engraving which was provided to us and cannot be responsible for any errors.

When having a memorial ring engraved, please consider the number of characters in comparison to your chosen ring width and ring size. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can offer you our guidance of the best option.

Helen's passion for the past 18 years has been creating glass & Crystallure memorial jewellery and keepsakes. When Helen's sister lost her partner suddenly at 30 years of age, his ashes were returned to her in a transparent container within a plastic bag. When receiving him back in this manner, it was like losing Tom all over again. Helen understood at that moment the need for something beautiful and tangible as a memorial to him and made her Sister a bracelet containing his ashes which brought her some comfort and which she wore every day.

Whilst winning her awards both locally and nationally, Helen made the very first ashes into jewellery memorials commercially available in the UK which were featured on national TV together with worldwide press.
