Paul's memory pendants are hand crafted from sterling silver, or gold-plated sterling silver.
Like all fine jewellery, they will require gentle care to maintain their beauty over time. To help you keep your pendant looking its best, we include a copy of our Silver & Gold Jewellery Care Guide, along with a complimentary polishing cloth presented in a convenient linen pouch, perfect for future use and safekeeping.
Engraving Notes
When choosing to have your memory pendant engraved, we recommend that no more than fourteen characters (including spaces) are requested due to the height of the pendant. We will faithfully replicate the engraving which was provided to us and cannot be responsible for any errors on your order.
We kindly ask that before placing your order, please check your engraving details carefully. For example, spelling, upper and lower case, punctuation, special characters etc. Once we have confirmed your order we unfortunately cannot guarantee any further request changes will be possible as your memorial maybe in progress.

Having something so special to mourn such a substantial loss is really quite humbling - there is something healing about having this.
