When choosing to have your memorial jewellery created with us, we will stay in touch every step of the way. For added peace of mind, you will always have access to your account, where you can gently check in on the progress of your pendant and view updates whenever you wish.
- After placing your order, we will confirm the details during our working hours.
- Once your pendant has been created, will notify you that this will soon be with you once we have completed our quality checks.
- When your pendant is on its way, we will be in touch with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Personalised Engraving
When choosing to have your memory pendant engraved, we recommend that no more than fourteen characters (including spaces) are requested due to the height of the pendant. We will faithfully replicate the engraving which was provided to us and cannot be responsible for any errors on your order.
We kindly ask that before placing your order, please check your engraving details carefully. For example, spelling, upper and lower case, punctuation, special characters etc. Once we have confirmed your order we unfortunately cannot guarantee any further request changes will be possible as your memorial maybe in progress.
Guidance to Filling & Sealing
Our self-fill pendants come complete with filling accessories and guide to filling and sealing our pendants.
Once you feel ready, enclosed within a separate linen pouch you will find a funnel, tamping pin and adhesive to assist adding a small amount of a loved ones or pets ashes into the pendant. Allowing the process to be carried out respectfully, privately, and in the comfort of your own home.
