Inside, you will find clearly labelled, secure packaging, an order confirmation form, along with simple step-by-step instructions for returning your loved one’s or pet’s ashes, hair or fur.

For reassurance and peace of mind, we will confirm the safe receipt once your pack arrives with us. You can also follow the progress of your order at any time via our website.

Once your cufflinks have been created, we will be in contact with the delivery and tracking details.

We understand that choosing to have a memorial created is a deeply personal and emotional purchase. We would therefore like to reassure you that your loved one’s ashes, hair, or fur will always be handled with the greatest care and respect. Any inclusions not held within your memorial will be returned to you with your jewellery.

When placing your order with us, please select the type of inclusion you wish to be held within your memorial jewellery. Within your order pack, you will receive the required number of secure, labelled pouches to safely send your loved one’s ashes, hair, or fur to us.

If you would like more than one loved one’s ashes, hair, or fur to be held within your memorial, please select ‘Other/Multiple’. Beneath this option, you can add a note advising us how many separate labelled pouches you require so that each inclusion can be kept separate. If you would like sand or dried flowers to be included within your memorial, please also add a note under ‘Other/Multiple’.

Your titanium memorial cufflinks are a precious keepsake, designed to keep your memories safe and beautiful for a lifetime. Titanium is known for being incredibly durable and resistant to everyday wear, meaning there is no need to remove your cufflinks when washing your hands, showering, or swimming.

Titanium requires no special aftercare and can be cleaned with soap and water. If water marks appear, simply wipe gently with a dry cloth.

Contact with other metals may cause scratches, so we recommend removing your cufflinks before activities involving metal, such as using gym equipment. If scratches develop over time, please contact us about our repolishing service.

When choosing an engraving for your memorial cufflinks, you will receive an order confirmation form within your order pack. Before signing and returning this to us, we kindly ask that you carefully check your engraving details on your order, including spelling, upper and lower case, punctuation and any special characters.

If any amendments are needed, please contact us in writing with your changes before returning your pack. Once your pack has been received, we will confirm safe receipt. From this point, we may not be able to accommodate further changes, so it is important that all details are checked in advance. Your engraving will be carefully replicated exactly as provided on your order.
