I was very anxious about sending Bella's ashes in the post but Amy and her team were so reassuring and understanding. She kept in touch and nothing was too much trouble even when I changed my mind after I'd ordered about what I wanted. The bracelet is stunning, so beautiful and so well made. The whole process of ordering this was excellent.
The correspondence you receive is all so thoughtfully worded. I ordered the bead in Iris colour & it is lovely. It's fairly weighty so doesn't twist around & that also makes the catch stay around the back of your neck. I can also take the bead off the chain & slide it on another so I can wear it with silver or gold.
Just beautiful.
